OMNIPURE™ systems are the only marine sewage systems that oxidize sewage in the electrochemical cell as well as generate NaOCl for the disinfection of the marine waste streams. OMNIPURE marine sewage treatment units provide effective electrolytic treatment of both black and grey water, meeting personnel treatment capacities ranging from one to more than five hundred people, through a patented and certified process. OMNIPURE systems range in capacity from 781 to 15,842 gals/day as individual units that can be combined for an increased capacity.

The OMNIPURE marine sanitation device unit is versatile and may be installed on ocean going vessels, and fixed or mobile offshore platforms. The complete skid mounted system consists of pre-assembled Schedule 80 PVC piping and valve works, mounting skid, tanks, control panel/power supply, bookcell, and macerator. The process piping on the unit is divided into replaceable sections via flanges, unions or union type ball valves. The piping and valves included in this OMNIPURE unit meets ASTM D-1784 industry standards.

The OMNIPURE™ 6MC, 7ME, 8MC and 12MC units offer attributes common to drilling platforms and smaller ocean going vessels.  The compact size and light weight allow for easy movement through existing passageways and hatches and installation into tight spaces.

The OMNIPURE™ 12MX and 15MX units offer increased treatment capacities for larger offshore installation demands.  All OMNIPURE units are designed for easy disassembly into component parts to allow for easy movement through existing passageways and hatches and installation into tight spaces.

The OMNIPURE™ 12MXMP and 15 MXMP units offer the same treatment capacities as the MX series units but include enhanced Automated Maintenance features. The OMNIPURE 18MXMP is only offered with automated maintenance features, it is not available as an MX series unit.

OMNIPURE process modules 12MXPM and 15MXPM are available in the same treatment capacities as complete OMNIPURE units to take advantage of existing influent and effluent tanks or tanks manufactured in place as well as very tight installation locations.
